Right now we have the wonderful fall ingredients coming in.  Our local farms are featuring eggplant, fennel, cucumbers, arugula, greens, lettuces, beets, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, pecans and many other tasty things.  Fall bounty is full of nutritious vitamins and minerals to help get us through the cooler months.  It is a great time of year to go out and enjoy what our farmers have to offer us.

Formerly of Dogwood Brewing, Crawford spends his days sharing ideas a new directions in brewing with long time friend and co-owner Chef Dave Larkworthy.
