We have several bottle-conditioned beers that we offer from our Cellar where we age some of our high gravity beers. Here is a quick list of our current offerings:

Trippels are a classic Belgian style of beer. They are gold in color, dangerously drinkable, yet are high in alcohol. We brew ours with Belgian Pilsner malt and a classic Belgian yeast which imparts spicy and fruity flavors during the fermentation. We then keg condition the beer, thus carbonating it naturally and adding notes of apple and pear. As we always say at the 5 - Drink Trippel, See Double, Act Single. |
| A golden ale is a delicate balance of malt and hops. To achieve this perfect balance, the ratio of malt and hops in the Golden Number Ale recipe is based upon the actual golden number, the Fibonacci Sequence, or Phi as the Greeks knew it. This number’s pervasive appearance throughout nature creates a sense of balance, harmony and beauty in art, architecture, composition, space – and now beer! Some believe this number is a universal constant of design, the signature of God. (Some believe it is a perfect ratio of malt and hops.) And for those of you playing along at home, the actual number is 1.6180339887..... This is the only beer in the history of the world to be brewed according to an algorithm. |

| Be careful. This beer is named after the Goddess of Love for a reason. It is rumored to have powerful effects on those who dare to imbibe! It is a Belgian white beer and brewed with orange peel and coriander as well as wheat, barley and a touch of oats. So try a pint and turn your lovelight on! |

Tabla Saison is a meeting of East and West and is brewed with Maris Otter floor-malted barley and Belgian wheat malt. We make our own candi sugar and add it in the kettle. It is spiced with cardamom, coriander and ground black pepper, while the Belgian farmhouse yeast produces an extremely complex flavor profile with tropical fruit, earthy, spicy notes. This beer is layered with flavors: from the spices, the yeast, the malts, the hops and even the mineral content of the brewing water and those layers unfold rhythmically over your taste buds. So rhythmic, in fact, we named the beer after the Tabla, and Indian drum, capable of producing some of the most complex patterns of rhythm in world music. |

We had one of our local farmers bring us some of the most beautiful blueberries that we felt they deserved to be turned into beer! We only made two kegs so enjoy it while it lasts. |

ESBs are a traditional English style of beer and typically have a nice balance of flavor and are very drinkable. Both malt and hops are on equal footing. We uses British floor malted Maris Otter barley and add English hops for an earthy, flowery flavor - and a touch of American hops for a slight citrus note. |

It is a traditional German Oktoberfest lager brewed with all German barley, European noble hops, and has been lagered - or conditioned – for over two months. It has an amber color and a smooth, beautiful, soft maltiness from the German barley. Prost! |
